Returns & Exchanges
Carbon Pursuit accepts returns of unused products within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund.
To qualify, items must be:

Unused and in the same condition as they were received

In original packaging with all included components
Please include your order number or proof of purchase with your return. If that’s not available, provide the approximate purchase date and name used for the order so we can locate it in our system.
Before sending anything back, please contact carbonpursuitllc@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
This number must be clearly marked on the outside of your package. Returns without an RA# will not be accepted and will be sent back to the sender.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and let you know if it’s approved.
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method, minus a 10% restocking fee.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund.
Exchanges
If your return is due to a Carbon Pursuit error, we’ll cover the shipping costs for the correct item to be sent to you.
If you’re exchanging an item for any other reason (wrong size, changed mind, etc.), you’ll be responsible for return and reshipment costs.
A new tracking number will be provided once your exchange ships out.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring your package for its full value. Carbon Pursuit is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return transit.
Delivery times vary based on location. Once your return is received, please allow 2 business days for processing and confirmation.
