Front Rail Brace: We set out to develop a solution for the known weak area at the front of the Arctic Cat Alpha rail. In the process we developed the industries first and only continuous 1 piece front brace that wraps the top of the Alpha Rail and ties into the main suspension location. This solution is something that could only be achieved by the use of composite materials as aluminum is unable to wrap the top of the rail and follow the contours of the monorail in the way our carbon material can. Made from Aerospace grade Carbon Fiber prepreg material this brace is extremely lightweight and provides the strength and stiffness where you need it. Install can be done without removing your suspension. Simply remove the limiter strap where it connects to the Alpha rail, remove the front shock, and the necessary wheels and our brace will drop right onto the front of your rail. High strength Stainless steel rivets are provided. We suggest the use of a battery or air rivet gun to make install smooth. Rear Rail Brace: Our rail brace for the Arctic Cat Alpha is created out of high performance prepreg carbon fiber material. This ensures the optimal fiber to resin ratio providing our customers with the best strength to weight ratio of any rail brace. We have created a continuous 1-piece design to distribute loads and reduce stress concentrations to keep your rail from bending. Since our braces are made of lightweight composite materials, no cutouts are required to reduce weight resulting in a stronger brace that is still lighter than aluminum. We have even built our brace using the orientation benefits of carbon fiber weave to ensure strength in all directions for all impacts. Our brace is also designed to stabilize the factory scissor brace mounting block that is prone to failure on stock Alpha rails. Installation is easy as our rail brace covers the length of your rail without interfering with the rear wheels on the snowmobile. High strength stainless rivets are provided in each purchase for installation. Simply drill and rivet our carbon fiber rail brace to the Alpha rail to give yourself a high strength solution with a look that will stand out from the rest.
